Nope. Our website builder is made for inexperienced users. You don’t need to know any programming language, or HTML to understand how our builder works, or change the setting of the website. You can also join our webinars, to learn more about our tools.

How can my customers find my new website?

Share it on your social media accounts. If you have a business account on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or other social networks, you can add the link of the website, so your followers can find it easy.

Can you help me promote my website?

Yes! We can offer you several different options for attracting new customers to your site. We can run your marketing campaign in Google Ads, Facebook, Twitter, and other social networks.

Can I use my own domain name?

Of course, you have to set up the DNS setting on your domain provider, and then update it in the website settings. Contact us on contact@gilacms.com or use the chat to help you.

Can I suggest a new feature?

At Gila CMS we want you to create the best version of your digital business. If you need a new function for your website or the administration tools, do not hesitate to let us know.

Do I need to have a hosting for my site?

No, you don't have to worry about that, since we take care of the hosting. All of our plans, including the free plan, come with high-performance, fast, secure, and reliable hosting.

Can I connect my own domain?

Yes, with our premium plans you can publish your website with your own domain or create one from Gila cms.

Can I use other languages on my site?

Totally. You can change the language of your site without problems from your administration. You will have access to the language that is most comfortable for you.

What is your refund policy?

If you make the cancellation before 30 days of having obtained the service, 100% of the refund is made.

If necessary, can I change my plan?

Of course, you should only contact us at contact@gilacms.com indicating the changes to make. You can change the type of your plan, or change from monthly to any of our annual plans, but in the case of having an annual plan you will not be able to change it to monthly.

Can I cancel the service at any time?

Of course! you can cancel the service at any time. You will have access until the end of your billing cycle.
